Chain of Command

I've updated the chain of command page on the website.  Note that the primary use of this is command order of succession - if Captain O'Rourke is off the ship or incapacitated, Glinn Danar takes command; if both of them are gone, Lieutenant Commander Kaida does, and so on.  Within a given department's area of expertise, the department head outranks everyone else except the CO and XO.

Maintenance of the ship's auxiliary craft is handled by Flight Detachment techs, though if they need extra hands, they would request them from Engineering.
